When is the London Eid Fest?
The London Eid Fest takes place 2027 for both Eid ul Fitr (12/13/14 March 2027) and Eid ul Adha (21/22/23 March) at Westfield London
Can I choose my stall allocation
Consideration will be given to stall holders to be placed in locations where they can have maximum footfall according to stall type. You may request a specific spot when booking with the team,
Will my stall be indoors or outdoors?
Non food stalls will be indoors and food / entertainment will be outdoors. A select number of non-food stalls may be outdoors such as facepainting.
What is included in my stall price?

Do you offer payment plans?
You may secure your booking with a 25% deposit. Full payment will be due 2 months prior to the event.
Do you offer stall exclusivity?
We only offer exclusivity to sponsors. However we take careful consideration into selecting a limited number of businesses operating under the same category.
What are the requirements for trading at Westfield?
All stall holders must have the basic requirements as follows:
- £5m PLI
- Active social media and/or website
- Non-offensive imagery, products or branding
Do you offer refunds?
A full refund is possible 55 days before event date (minus 15% admin fee). No refund is possible thereafter.
